Who Can Drive the RZR?
- Drivers must be at least 16 years old.
- A valid government-issued photo ID is required.
- A driving licence is not required for the guided off-road route.
- Previous dune-driving experience is not required.
Accepted identification may include a passport, Emirates ID or another valid government-issued photo ID.
Who Can Ride as a Passenger?
- One driver and up to three passengers can ride in one RZR.
- The minimum passenger age is generally 3 years.
- Every passenger must fit the installed seat and safety harness correctly.
- Final participation is subject to the operating team’s safety assessment.
Meeting the minimum age alone does not guarantee participation. Safe seating and harness fit are also required.

During Your Tour
Follow Your Guide & Drive Responsibly
Your guide controls the route and pace according to driver ability, visibility, weather and current desert conditions.
Wear the supplied helmet, goggles and fitted safety harness.
Maintain the safe convoy spacing explained during your briefing.
No racing, drifting, dangerous zig-zagging or unauthorized overtaking.
Do not leave the guided route or perform unauthorized manoeuvres.
Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited.
The guide may reduce the pace or stop a participant if unsafe behaviour creates a risk.
Final participation is subject to check-in verification, correct safety-harness fit, completion of the briefing and the operating team’s safety assessment.

Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time are non-refundable. No-show bookings are also non-refundable.

If the operator cancels your tour because of extreme weather, unsafe desert conditions or an operational issue, you will be offered an alternative.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are normally submitted to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the credit appears.
Cancellation and modification cut-off times are based on the scheduled tour start time in Dubai local time. A request is valid after it has been acknowledged by the booking team.

Yes. Optional shared or private hotel transportation can be requested. Availability, pickup time and final price depend on your location, group size and selected tour time. Self-arrival is also available.
08 Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Requests received at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour qualify for a full refund or one complimentary reschedule, subject to availability. Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the tour and no-shows are non-refundable.
