Driver Must Be 16+
The designated driver must be at least 16 years old, understand the operating instructions and demonstrate suitable control of the buggy before entering the main desert route.
Passengers Must Be 3+
The Can-Am carries one driver and up to three passengers. Passengers must be at least three years old and able to sit securely using the fitted seat and safety harness.
Valid Photo ID Required
Bring a valid passport, Emirates ID or another government-issued photo-identification document. A driving licence is not required for this guided off-road experience.
Check Your Suitability
Desert buggy rides are not recommended during pregnancy or for guests with serious back, neck, heart or other medical conditions that may be affected by bumpy off-road terrain.
Dress for the Desert
Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. Sunscreen and sunglasses are recommended, and loose clothing, scarves and personal items should be secured before departure.

Follow Your Guide & Stay on the Approved Route
The guide controls the route and pace according to driver ability, passenger comfort, visibility, weather and current sand conditions.
- Maintain the convoy distance explained during your briefing.
- Wear the supplied helmet, goggles and fitted safety harness.
- No racing, drifting or deliberate high-risk manoeuvres.
- No dangerous zig-zag driving or unauthorized overtaking.
- Remain on the guide’s route and do not separate from the convoy.
- Never drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Off-Road Responsibility
Important Information About Off-Road Driving
Off-road desert driving is not covered in the same way as normal on-road driving. Guests participate under the operator’s booking terms and signed liability waiver. The responsible guest may be charged for vehicle damage, recovery costs or losses caused by reckless driving, misuse, prohibited manoeuvres or failure to follow guide instructions, subject to the signed terms.

Tour Start Time Applies
The 24-hour deadline is calculated from your confirmed tour start time in Dubai, not from the hotel pickup time.

Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be sent by WhatsApp or email and are confirmed after acknowledgement from the booking team.

Refunds: 7–14 Business Days
Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.
Rescheduling: A change of date or time is subject to vehicle and time-slot availability. Any difference in package price, transfer cost or requested upgrade may still be payable when the booking is moved.

The 1-hour Can-Am 4-seater tour costs AED 1,390 per buggy, the 90-minute tour costs AED 1,890 per buggy, and the 2-hour tour costs AED 2,490 per buggy. The price is per buggy rather than per person.
02 How many people can ride in one Can-Am 4-seater buggy?
One Can-Am 4-seater can carry up to four eligible occupants: one designated driver and up to three passengers. Your buggy is reserved for your group, although other booked buggies may travel in the same guided convoy.
03 What is included with the Can-Am 4-seater tour?
Your package includes the Can-Am Maverick X3 4-seater, professional desert guide support, helmets, goggles, a safety and driving briefing, bottled water and refreshments. 04 Do I need a driving licence or previous off-road experience?
No driving licence or previous off-road experience is required for this guided tour. The driver must present valid government-issued photo identification and complete the vehicle introduction, safety briefing and controlled start before entering the main desert route.

07 Is hotel pickup and drop-off available?
Yes. Hotel pickup and drop-off can be added to your booking as an optional service. Transfer availability and pricing depend on the pickup location, number of passengers and transport option selected. You can also choose self-arrival when booking.
08 What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Send written notice at least 24 hours before your confirmed tour start time to receive a full refund of the eligible booking payment or one free reschedule, subject to availability. Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the tour and no-shows are non-refundable. Approved refunds normally take 7–14 business days.
