The designated driver is introduced to the Can-Am Maverick X3 controls, steering, braking and throttle response. The tour begins at a controlled pace so the guide can assess confidence before progressing further into the desert.
Drive your four-seat Can-Am while following the guide across a selected Lahbab red-dune route. The pace, distance and terrain depend on the chosen duration, driver ability, visibility and current sand conditions.
When the route and conditions allow, the guide may stop at a suitable viewpoint for photos or sandboarding. The group then returns to the desert base, where bottled water and refreshments are available.
The guide may adjust the route, pace or stops according to driver control, passenger comfort, visibility, weather, sand conditions and operational safety. Drifting, racing, dangerous overtaking, zig-zag driving and leaving the guide’s route are not permitted.

The responsible guest may be charged for vehicle damage, recovery costs or losses caused by reckless driving, misuse, prohibited manoeuvres or failure to follow guide instructions, subject to the signed terms.
Tours normally operate in suitable desert conditions. The operator may change the departure time, route, duration or booking date when extreme weather, poor visibility or operational conditions make the scheduled experience unsuitable.

Can I cancel my buggy booking? Yes. Send written notice at least 24 hours before the scheduled Dubai tour start time to receive a full refund or one free reschedule, subject to availability.

Cancellation deadlines are calculated from the confirmed tour start time in Dubai local time, not from the hotel pickup time or the time the original reservation was submitted.

Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.
