Damage or recovery charges may apply in cases of misuse, prohibited driving, collision, rollover or failure to follow instructions, subject to the applicable booking terms and participation agreement.

Yes. Optional hotel pickup and drop-off can be arranged in advance for an additional charge. Transfer cost depends on the number of guests and pickup location. You can also arrive directly at the desert meeting point.
How does the guided Polaris RS1 desert tour work?
You drive your own RS1 while following a professional desert guide. The guide leads the route and adjusts the pace according to desert conditions and driver control. This is a guided self-drive experience rather than an unguided buggy rental.
Can I cancel or reschedule my RS1 booking?
A cancellation requested at least 24 hours before the confirmed tour time is eligible for a full refund, or you may request one complimentary reschedule subject to availability. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour and no-shows are non-refundable.
