Off-Road Insurance Disclosure

Desert Rides Are Not Covered by Standard Road Insurance

Off-road desert driving is not covered by standard road-vehicle insurance. Participation is governed by the operator’s booking terms and signed liability waiver.

The responsible guest may be charged for vehicle damage, recovery costs or related losses caused by reckless driving, misuse, prohibited manoeuvres, collision, rollover or failure to follow guide instructions, subject to the signed terms.

Polaris RS1 Cancellation and Refund Policy

Plans can change. Review the cancellation, rescheduling and refund conditions below before confirming your Polaris RS1 buggy tour. All cancellation deadlines are calculated using the scheduled tour time in Dubai.

Can I cancel my Polaris RS1 booking? Yes. Send a written cancellation request at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour to receive a full refund or request one complimentary reschedule, subject to availability.

A written cancellation request received at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour qualifies for one of the following options:

  • Full refund of the eligible booking payment
  • One complimentary change to another available date or time
  • No rescheduling charge for the first approved change

Late cancellation

Less Than 24 Hours Before the Tour

Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the scheduled starting time are non-refundable because the buggy, guide and operating slot have already been reserved.
